Annapurna Sanctuary Trek

Annapurna Sanctuary Trek is one of the most beautiful walks in the world. It takes you into the Sanctuary of Mount Annapurna 1, the world's tenth highest peak. During the trek one can enjoy the fascinating insight into the indigenous culture and traditional lifestyle of the mountain people and amazing views of  legendary mountains towering several kilometers above in all directions. The trek starts from less than 800 meters altitude  and ultimately reaches at the altitude  of over 4000 m which is the highest point of the trek. At the beginning of the trek one passes through terraced farms, rhododendron and oak forests, cascades with a great view of mountain scenery. The trail to Annapurna base camp follows the Modi River and keeps continuing until you reach the large rock overhanging, known as Hinku Cave.
